The Best Western Hotel Am Strassberger Tor in Plauen was a pleasure to stay at. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of food options. The staff were friendly and very helpful, even going out of their way to drive me to the main station when I was about to miss my train. The room was bright and comfortable, and the staff kindly upgraded me to a quiet part of the hotel.

Breakfast was great. We especially liked the fresh fruit. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is very close to the city. There are two very good restaurants nearby. The car was safely parked in the underground garage.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was bright and comfortable, with spacious beds and a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and even upgraded our room so we could have a quiet night before an important exam. We appreciated the amenities such as bathrobes and the good selection of TV channels. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of delicious food to choose from. The staff were also very helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even driving us to the main station when we were about to miss our train. we had a great experience and will definitely be recommending this place to our friends.

Central and quiet location and with underground parking

The breakfast had a good selection of food, with fresh and warm pastries. The location of the hotel was great, close to shops and some attractions. the room was kept very clean throughout our stay.

The noise level was unbearable during New Year's Eve celebrations. The hotel management did not seem to enforce any noise restrictions, and our sleep was disrupted until early hours of the morning.

Very good breakfast, only a few minutes walk to the city centre with very good Irish Pub,. free underground parking

Our recent stay offered great value for money with comfortable beds and a wide variety of food options at breakfast. the hotel is well-located, serving as an excellent transfer point for our travels.

This hotel is conveniently located not far from the highway, making it an excellent overnight stop. it is within easy walking distance to the market square and a restaurant, which serves fantastic local cuisine from 7 pm. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms modern, all well maintained by the diligent housekeeping staff. the breakfast buffet is outstanding, with several options including gourmet goat cheese and smoked salmon. the polite and helpful staff make the stay more enjoyable.
